Additional Charges

Electricity and Oil

Millfield is a modern home and insulated to a high standard. Oil and Electricity is metered, the benefit to you is you only pay for what you use as opposed to being charged a fixed fee.

  • Initial supply of 2 bags of wood. Additional wood can be purchased locally.
  • A refundable security deposit of €150 is required.

We supply you with cake, chocolates, bottle of wine, local brown bread, farm fresh eggs, wood for open fire, tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and all your household basics for the week as part of your welcome pack.
