Millfield is a modern home and insulated to a high standard. Oil and Electricity is metered, the benefit to you is you only pay for what you use as opposed to being charged a fixed fee.

• Initial supply of 2 bags of wood. Additional wood can be purchased locally.
• A refundable security deposit of €150 is required.
